Dear Diary,


I had my interview with that little doll with the purple hair. She asked me frivolous silly questions. Those are the best kind I guess.  She was easily distracted and fooled completely. She left knowing as much about me as when she arrived.
I still find her energy and dare I say it her spunk exhausting but I think she means no harm. 
That's all for now. I am off to enjoy a lemon tart.

The Dolly Dish. Issue 3

The Dolly Dish would like to intruduce our newest member here at Dolly Dwellings. Ms. Ellowyne Wilde.

Ms. Ellowyne Wilde is a statuesque doll with amazing fashion sense. She is beautiful and put together in only a way that a fortune at hand could accomplish. She states that she is here for "Rest, some solitude, a change of scenery, and good cake. 

This is her first time away from home.She seemed to have very accommodating manners but was very vague in all of her answers. I might speculate that she had some secrets or traumas that she was running away from if she wasn't so bland in personality. in conclusion I believe they Ms. Ellowyne while sweet and beautiful is rather dull and easily forgettable. 

Because of Lavinia, now you're in the know.

Elly's Diary

Dear Diary,
Upon my therapist request I have moved to a new town. The name of the place is Dolly Dwellings. The Dollies seem friendly enough but they are rather mundane little plastic people.I don't see how they are going to help me. I think one of the dolls tried to interview me for the local paper but she was so long winded and overexcited that she made me sleepy. I nodded off several times while she was speaking. When I wasn't comatose from this little dollies speech I asked her to give me a week to get my self settled in this new place and then I would set up a proper interview with her.
Tomorrow I meet my new Psychiatrist. She is supposed to be excellent. I am very tired of writing now so I will stop. I want cake.

Hello Readers issue two of Dolly Dish is hot off the press. My sources have informed me that we have a new Dolly on the way. The governing factor of Dolly Dwellings seems to be giddy with anticipation. I believe she is not a type of doll that is already represented here. I look forward to seeing what this dolly has to offer our community. I will make sure to be the first to interview our newest arrival so keep a lookout for an interview in the future.

The Dolly Dish.

Hello and welcome to the Premier issue of The Dolly Dish.

Allow me the Editor-in-chief to introduce myself. My name is Lavinia Cassandra Blythe and I am a Blythe doll.

I live at Dolly Dwellings Which is a beautiful place where Dolls of all sorts are welcome. It seems we have new dollies coming in all the time. It can get hard to keep up. What type of doll are they, what are there experiences, and there likes and dislikes. What are there personalities. 
Now you need look no further because The Dolly Dish  has arrived. 

As the Unofficial President or Queen of Dolly Dwellings (I'm fine with either term) I have decided to share my wealth of knowledge about Dolly Dwellings and the Dolls who call it home. I have always made it my business to know all of the important information around here (and the dirt too) and now I have decided to share this information with you. Make sure to keep an eye out for  The Dolly Dish.

Lisette- Lav what are you doing?

Lavinia- Looking at the Dolly Dwellings blog.

Lisette- Yeah how is it?

Lavinia- Okay, but I'm not in it enough.

Lisette- Sorry.

Lavinia- Don't be sorry for me because I've got an Idea. I've always been a woman of action.

Lisette- I'm afraid to ask but what is your idea.

Lavinia- I am going to start a publication about the Dolly Dwelling dolls. It will have introductions and interviews of the dolls that reside here along with some gossip and maybe an expos'e or two.
Do you know where I can get my hands on a dolly sized computer or even a typewriter. I don't have a problem going retro.

Lavinia- Are we finished? I can't believe she put me in overalls and pigtails. What am I five?

Lisette- How old are we exactly? 

Lavinia- I don't know. Ageless I guess but that's beside the point.

I bet she wouldn't put Barbies or those new Liv dolls in pigtails.

What's a girl got to do around here in order to live the life of a glamazon?

Lavinia-I need some time alone to think.

Penny-What's she going on about now?

Lisette- Don't tell her but I only listen to her half of the time.

Penny- Well she looked really cute today in her overalls and pigtails suit her.

Lisette- she did look cute didn't she.

Penny-anyway since we're finished here do you want to go get some cupcakes?

Lisette-A Blythe can't say no to cupcakes.

Wonderland Liv dolls

I took some pictures of the Wonderland Liv dolls. I am pretty sure that I will be purchasing the rest of the Wonderland set sometime this week. I f I do I will be sure to post more picture.

It's Retro fashion time once again.

Look it is Fashion Avenue clothes (1998) and accessories at it's finest. 

This is quite possibly the ugliest barbie outfit of all time. I hate it.

I went to Target today.
I said goodbye gift card and got these.

Toys left by Santa

These are the toy related items I got for Christmas.

I can't remember what theses toys are called. They a really cute but a bit expensive so they will probably be my only ones. Unless they come out with a zebra family.

I love the Littlest pet shop Blythe sets.

I Love the Pookalooz but I don't really collect plush toys unless they are dolly size. So When I saw the had Pookalooz key chains they were a must.

Yeah Tim Burton tragic toys. I have a thing for toys that coincide with books because along with dolly mania (Is that a real term?) I suffer from bibliomania.

I did not get Gloom beach Cleo. I thought she looked too much like the original one. I hope I don't change my mind. I also saw the Wonderland Liv dolls and I am pretty sure they have convinced me to make my first live doll purchase. after all I do have another gift card.

Winter walk

It snowed this weekend. After the snow stopped I could not wait to get outside to take some pictures. Honestly if the sun didn't set so early you would probably be ambushed with snow pictures all week. Did I mention I love snow? Well I do.
